We’d feel kind of funny shouting “WERQ!” to a lady sporting nothing more complicated than a skirt and blouse, but boy does she ever look fantastic here:

Kelly Rowland attends the Sixth Annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Awards Luncheon in Beverly Hills, California in a in a yellow top and a navy pencil skirt.

Simple, but so damn striking. We can’t take our eyes off her. Way to rock a lunchtime look, girl.

This woman is consistently stunning every time I see her. She has a higher ratio of looking great to looking a mess than just about anyone else out there right now. Her stylist needs a raise and more clients.

The wig (weave?) looks like she got caught in a really strong wind and couldn’t find the brush in time for red carpet pics, and the shoes look like they’re too big, but overall this is a definitely WERQ!

Neck down, yes. But that HAIR is a mess! I can’t agree with a WERQ where there’s a need for a comb and some defrizzing spray. She would have been smokin’ if she had just brushed her hair.
