When I was studying theater in school, in make up class they told us that pink used around the eyes would nearly always make you look tired. In fact, it’s a standard part of age makeup for stage and screen.

Wow, this is so cracked out delicious that it makes me feel proud of my homosexuality in some sort of patriotic way. Like, she is the beloved queen of my sparkly, fabulous country. Here’s the thing that’s funny about her eye shadow choice. I remember watching the Sonny & Cher Show when I was a kid and one of their regular sponsors/advertisers was Revlon. I distinctly remember an eye shadow commercial that was in regular rotation which featured a mediuim-dark pink metallic shadow. True story!
