She is beautiful, but I think she needs to go back to the V or Firefly days and the way she wore her hair and makeup then when she went out in public. I had to do a double-take on a few of those pulled back shots because she looks just like Ashley Judd. Nothin wrong with Ashley Judd, but Morena is so capable of being that much more strikingly gorgeous.

Not sure what’s going on here, but the whole outfit is a bit on the frumpy side (add sleeves and Helen Mirren might look amazing in it) and then the makeup is downplaying her beauty.

Certainly a major improvement for her. She looks lovely. The only wrong notes are the hem length on those pants and the badly positioned hip drape piece. Otherwise, she looks stellar.

and nice that she is getting clothes from bigger brands. not that smaller brands aren’t amazing and vital to the future of fashion. but bigger brands have the power to tailor the look to perfection and possible offer her a wider range of styles. I’d argue the pants are a little too baggy here in the crotch area, but other than that she looks awesome.

The seeds of a good idea are here. The basic style and color are great for her. I don’t love the hair, but sleek was probably a good choice here. The clutch is fine, jewelry is fine. But the pants are too long and wide, and the shoes are abominable.

SSSOOOOOOO agree with this! Lack of hair makes her chin look short and that outfit’s just…a nightmare. She is SUCH a beautiful woman and this makes her look like she’s one of those hiddy housewives that we can’t seem to get rid of, the ones that somehow bought themselves a television show and are now … cloning themselves in a dingy basement in New Jersey somewhere out of leftover chicken and discarded Loreal products.

i saw her in a film (forget the title) she was in before Homeland and she had long hair with not much makeup. I thought she was a knockout beauty that way. i never liked her short hair in the Homeland role. here i am not crazy at all about the makeup (sort of harsh, bad lipstick color, too, nor the pantsuit. sometimes with a short haircut, women look better with more covered up shoulders and even a high neck on the clothes. I think that would help. I wonder if she is growing out her hair. It is so ho-hum, IMO, short

There seems to be a titscrepancy between the size of the cups and the actual breasts filling them. Looks dreadfully uncomfortable, as well as makes her look square, which, iirc from Firefly, she is certainly not. With a hem and a better fitted bodice, this could’ve been a werq.
