Miley bares her soul and her underboob to Cosmo:

Miley Cyrus covers the March 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine photographed by Matthias Vriens-McGrath in Roberto Cavalli.

On her fiance Liam Hemsworth: “I’ll literally look at him and be like ‘You are hot, dear god!’ The other day, I turned on the pool heater and it was steaming, and he walked outside and took off his clothes and jumped in the pool. I was like, ‘I’m gonna faint–the hottest guy of my life is in a steaming pool. This looks like a Playgirl shoot.’ So I took a photo and made it the background on my phone. My best friend grabbed my phone and was like, ‘Who’s that? He is so hot!’ That’s my hubby!”

On her dream wedding: “I feel the bigger the wedding, the more it becomes a target for people to ruin. So we just want it to be small, with the people who we’d take bullets for. I don’t want to be looking at those photos and see people that I wish hadn’t been there. C’mon, I can’t even get coffee without a million paparazzi following me, so I don’t know why anyone thinks I’m going to have this huge, extravagant wedding. That is so not who I am.”

We find nothing objectionable here. No, really. She sounds fairly fun and down to earth, in a shallow, celebrity kind of way.

The pictures? Enh. They’re all right. We weren’t going to get couture face out of her. At least she’s got some personality.

We don’t know… we feel like we’re being too kind, but really, she looks cute. And she’s right. Her husband-to-be is hot.

Somewhat off topic, but on the “my man is so hot I can’t believe it” comments (true story, btw!): absolutely there’s nothing wrong with thinking or saying that! But (and this is prolly just me), whenever I hear stuff like that (which celebs seem to say a lot!) or see these impossibly beautiful celebrity couples (Tom & Gisele, for example) I often find myself wondering: how many of these relationships would last if suddenly there was some sort of tragic accident that affected their appearance? (Of course I have specific couples who I wonder about more than others!)

If you marry a guy who’s incredibly intelligent because you love his witty banter, and some kind of tragic accident significantly reduced his intelligence, would that relationship last? hair and makeup look pretty good, and the sound bites, while not overly intellectual, do not cause the involuntary teeth grinding that many celeb interviews do for me. clothes arent revolutionary, but this is cosmo so im not expecting much.

overall, this works.

She is probably hellaciously fun to get drunk with, so I can’t hate her. I think she looks pretty damn good here. Her body is amazing and she’s managing to have personality in a Cosmo shoot.

This is actually a really decent spread on her. Not a huge fan of the cover shot, but I like the other two pics. I prefer this toned down style on her, makes her far more likable for me.

And Liam is super hot, though I prefer Thor. So good for you, girl.

For someone who has never faked anything, it sure looks like they faked her body length – her trunk looks very elongated, from what I remember about her. I do love that Dior picture, with the face. So much better than those pouty lip or faux-sexy vacuousness most stars are compelled to give in front of any camera.

Good for her, continuing to get some attractive photos of herself in circulation. She has a lot of years of “future regrets” photos to make up for.

Even those who don’t like her shorter hair (I do) have to admit it’s short-circuited some of the tackier thing she used to do with it.

She sounds downright normal for someone who’s been a celebrity of sorts since she was in her early, early teens.
