Penelope Cruz attends the 2012 Campari Calendar Launch in Milan, Italy in an Armani Privé gown paired with Chopard jewelry.

The gown is so long it’s tucked under her feet, but she’s so lovely in it I don’t care.
I want that dress.
Simple, but completely stunning. Love.
Wow. Way out for me… really unflattering and dull. Pretty color but her makeup is too similar to the dress which also makes her look at little blocky… standards are high for her because she’s so beautiful… I say pack this dress off to Jennifer Garner and hopefully it could be a personal best for her!
I totally agree. JG would be perfect for this. Penelope looks to stumped in this. The hem is too long and I think her torso is too short for this dress. It just doesn’t hit right.
Goddess gown. The draping makes her look a tiny bit thicker but it doesn’t even matter.
This is goddess done right, IMHO. She looks stunning.
Needs one more nice piece of jewelry, like a bracelet. Also needs to be a tad shorter.
So close!! She’s gorgeous, dress is gorgeous, but lipstick is weird and there’s no contrasting color or even much neutral presence anywhere. . .it’s all so matched. . .
That dress is fabulous and the color is perfect for her. Don’t like the styling much though; way too simple, bordering on boring.
I want to like this so much, but it just looks heavy and does nothing for her figure.
Wow, her dress is gorgeous. I hope it’s just her makeup that looks strange and not something a little longer lasting in her face.
Ruby earrings, red lipstick, crimson dress, red clutch…for a Campari event. It’s pretty, but it’s all a little literal, no?
I love her
Classy, classic, simple. Lovely. Amazing what happens when you wear a dress that fits, dear.
Gorgeous, gorgeous. She looks stunning whenever she wears dresses that actually fit her. The color is also, extremely flattering.
She looks spectacular. It’s perfectly fitted through the body. Trim, but not overly tight. The color is unexpected, and wonderful on her. Props!
Beautiful. What a difference is made by wearing clothes that actually fit you.
I think there is too much drapey material. It plays against her, rather than for her.
She looks gorgeous.
A cross between a bedsheet & Rami draping.
But she’s so gorgeous I just love how she looks.
I love this.
I’m getting an “almost but not quite” feeling, but I can’t figure out exactly what it is that isn’t right.
Beautiful. I like everything about this look, especially her hair and makeup.
A thousand times prettier than that horrid leather trench she was in the last time he appeared on this site
This is how you do autumn red carpet. Impossible to tell who is luckier: Javier or Penelope. The next Almodóvar with La Cruz is reported to go back to the vein of his earlier great camp movies.
The color is beautiful with her skin tone. The bodice and the draping are wonderful and the fit is terrific. My one complaint is that the hem is way too long. However after seeing her in a few dresses (Versace) that did not fit and were not flattering at all, this is a very welcome change.
I just don’t know. The colour is beautiful, her hair and makeup are beautiful but something is just a bit off for me. The length? Would this have been better as a cocktail dress? Not entirely sure that a matchy clutch was the right thing either.
+1. Color is gorgeous, but this looks like the Toga School of Design.
DRESS is pretty but too heavy…
Very nice. Could have used a cuff or some kind of bling on the wrist.
Standard, but lovely. I’ll take standard over some of the shittery I’ve seen today.
Classic and gorgeous.
If only it was shorter- just a peep of shoe- and this would be an unabashed thumbs-up.
Lovely color, but I am growing weary of the one shouldered gowns.
I need stronger jewelry- a bracelet, statement ring/earrings, SOMETHING. Especially with that plain hair.
She looks lovely. I could have stood to have a different clutch (too matchy for me) but she looks amazing.
I doesn’t really fit her. It’s nice, but not so much on her.
This should be a WERQ!
I love the cut and color of the dress, but the material looks just like a flannel sheet. Wish she’d accessorized more daringly.
I’m glad it’s not vacuum-sealed onto her, but her boobs almost look like they’re too high! I think it might be due to the excessive amount of fabric gathered on her shoulder.
She always looks gorgeous in this color-a WERQ for me!!
Color’s nice on her, but the whole thing is reminiscent of an artfully arranged sheet.
I like it.
I love it. Simple, classily elegant, fits well, and in a stunning color.
makeup is pretty, the dress is made of draped winter window curtains. unflattering waistline.
That’s more like it, Penny! Lovely!
Goddess. But darn it, that hem in front needs to come up.
Gorgeous. A welcome return to form for Penny.
I want to smack a big ol’ glittery, Queen Elizabeth-sized brooch on the right shoulder of the dress. And I want to change her clutch color to something other than matching burgundy. Am I wrong?
She is the most gorgeous woman on the planet.
Love, love love the draping. Just. Perfect.
Very pretty! I’d like the earrings to be a little larger and a different-colored clutch…but otherwise pretty fab.
Oh, and she’s missing her beautiful man-accessory.
THERE’S the gorgeous Penelope Cruz I remember! Really pretty dress in a color I adore that suits her perfectly. Classy and chic.
Best I’ve seen her look in a while.
Everything about this is gorgeous. A tiny bit too long (maybe she’s barefoot and trying to hide it?) but I can’t bring myself to nitpick.
Beautiful draping and silhouette to the thighs, but the bottom seems cumbersome and too long. Her clutch looks like it is made of the exact same fabric as the dress.
Generally, though, very lovely.
Very nice, she looks a bit knackered though, probably due to all the shagging
She looks great. Bitch.
Great dress. Boring matchy matchy clutch and earrings. Perfect hair and make up.
Beautiful color, lovely draping, but WHAT is the aversion to HEMMING! this needs to be hemmed. Now.
GODDESS! This color and shape are lovely on her, even if the gown is a bit too long. Hair looks good, makeup is fine. The accessories are a bit too matchy for my taste, but she looks so damned elegant I can’t complain.
Brunettes in red are just the best.
I dont’ like the dress all that much but I am glad to see she is embracing her new figure. It’s still gorgeous as hell but she’s not as meatless as pre-baby and last time we saw here she was trying to squeeze herself into a too-tight dress. This looks better. This looks amazing.
Gorgeous. But she needs a bracelet.
SUCH a beautiful woman. It’s almost a surprise to see a movie star in a dress that isn’t too small. She looks gorgeous.
Why does this woman have a career? She’s a terrible actress and her look is always a bit…uninteresting. Sorry, friends I just wanted to share my feelings…because I’m feeling my feelings.
