Not gonna lie, kittens. Our asses are DRAGGING this morning. While we try and get caught up on the million little things we have to do, amuse yourselves with pictures of Kellan, staring off into the distance and wearing too many layers of beige.

  My first thought as well. They look a) weirdly pale for a caucasian male’s lips. And b) they are pointing upwards at a really strange/unnatural angle…

  I have no idea if Kellan Lutz has had Botox, but plenty of men have. Strictly speaking though no, Male Botox is a not thing since that implies that Botox is by default a woman thing. It’s not.

I can’t say I’m nuts about how they toned the shots so that his skin is the same color as all of the clothing. Weird.

  Lamb dressed as mutton – indeed! And the lip… kills it. I am not familiar with this piece of apparent jailbait but from what I’m seeing in the comments it’s new, not natural. He looks like he’d do fine, dressed as what he is.

  The casting director of Twilight managed to find male leads that do absolutely nothing for me. I can intellectually see the appeal of this guy, RPatz, and the werewolf, but I find myself laughing whenever I look at them. (I understand I’m probably in the minority on this one.)

  Apropos of nothing to do with Kellan Lutz, for some reason your comment made me think of the French photographer Lucien Clergue, who for decades has photographed nudes, usually women, on beaches around the world. His photographs are divinely beautiful, explorations of shadow and light and form.
  I’ll take that Italian coastline with you. Let’s plan a trip KL doesn’t have to come, unless you want him. I need someone with a little more, ahem, age/experience on his bones.

With the exception of the pleated pants, this strikes me as very 1969-1972 magazine shoot of some rising film star, shot somewhere in Southern California (with a beach full of surfers & commerce carefully just out of shot).

That’s a good thing, I guess?

(ETA: I know it’s too flat for surfers. My impression stands.)

Very Very Bland and Beige. I’m sure Kellan is a nice boy…but yeah, there’s not much going on there.

The position of the hands in the shot with the fedora is laughable. Mime? Sign language? Charades? The possibilities are endless. The tone on tone styling of this fashion spread is a snoozefest.
