We told the men what they got wrong yesterday, now it’s the ladies’ turn for some T Lo-style judgmental bullshit! Hit it, gals!

Is it us, or are the ladies dressing a little … slutty for this event? Lots of leg, lots of sheers, lots of plunging necklines. You don’t see them dress this way for WOMEN of the year parties. Were they all looking to get laid by a Man of the Year? If so, attagirls.

  Rihanna, OTH… It’s like one of those mixed up fashion plates where the head and the torso and the legs are all different pieces. Her hair looks so sleek and elegant. Then the minidress that looks like my 5 yr old niece’s nightie. Yikes. But her legs look great. Which is something to be proud of at the GQMotYA, I guess.

The ladies sure are doing their best not to pull focus from the boys, aren’t they? Some of these looks are downright fugtastic. J’adore Ashley Madekwe and Jessica Pare’s dresses. But lawdy, with a lot of bad on the carpet, Dakota Johnson still sank to the bottom for me. A black lace top will always look trashy to me. But if you’re gonna go there, then GO. If I can see your whole bra, then at least don’t make the bra demure.

The dress worn by Katie Cassidy is a wonderful shade, but a tragic design. The pop of color pumps on Teresa Palmer are well played. Ashley M’s dress is interesting; would like to see it from another angle, without the hip popped out. The mood swing styles worn by Julianne H. are puzzling- what happened to the cute lil gal from DWTS? Men are definitely out in front of the ladies on this RC.
