What do you do when you’re a new mommy and you’ve got to make a Rite-Aid run with photographers following you around?

‘Mad Men’ star January Jones running in Los Angeles carrying a Chanel ‘Shiva’ Tote bag.

You put on your most ass-kicking kick-ass boots and you wave your Chanel bag in their faces.

And what do you do when you’re a new mommy who has to make a Wholefoods run under the same circumstances, but you forgot to wear your most ass-kicking kick-ass boots?

You blow a big ol’ bubble and give not one fuck.

That is just so very January Jones, isn’t it?

  Don’t know what they are, but Frye makes some styles that are almost identical. Their boots run in the 200-500 range, which is still a bargain compared to what miss January here probably paid for hers.

btw- how cool is it that she actually buys her own groceries? I mean, you could say that it’s just a play for the paps- but those look like 2 heavy bags of groceries (which likely totaly about $150 each knowing Whole Foods)

Gotta say- If I were famous & rich, errands & grocery would the the first thing I’d hire out.

But I do have two consolation prizes: 1) a male friend once told me, “I don’t what’s better for fashion, but in terms of what’s attractive to men, we’d rather see large-but-shapely legs than skinny-but-shapeless legs any day,” and 2) I married into a culture in which most of the women have chicken legs, and they’re envious of my beefy ones!

Really digging the strawberry highlights in her hair now that the red has mostly washed out. She looks so much better as a blonde. These pics are so effortlessly cool, which is a good look for her, something she should strive for next time she gets dressed for the RC.

The shade of the boots vs. the shade of the bag in the first look are giving me styling OCD. I would NEVER match my bag and shoes, but they at least have to work together. The bag has a gray undertone, the boots an amber one. Yuck.

she looks so impossibly chic here. i think her penchant for dressing with an edge really works for her in the land of casual wear, although it usually steers her super-wrong on the red carpet. this could’ve been a werq post.

Great jeans! I love the dark wash and the slightly elevated waist – very flattering. The booties are super cute. That Chanel bag, however, is kind of dismal. Hate the color and the cheap-looking shiny finish – even though it undoubtedly costs more than my monthly income, I no likee.
