  The text right next to it is “Naomi Campbell trifft (meets) Jeff Koons”, and Jeff Koons just did a series of artworks on Popeye, so I assume it’s an insert by the magazine referencing that.

How fun, funky, and totally perfect for Halle. Love the wig, the minimal makeup, and the clothes/shoes that look amazing in an editorial but would veer into tacky-land in real life. Why can’t more American mags have this much fun with their subjects? I hate how everyone lately looks either slutty or angry or both.
