2012 Variety’s Power of Women Luncheon
Hit it, powerful women!
Ashley Greene in Roland Mouret
It’s good. Nothing awe-inspiring or anything, but when you look like her, a tight red dress is sometimes all you need. It’s a bit too tight, though. She’s right on the verge of baby heads.
And we hate the shoes, but you knew that.
Cute, but a little Christmas tree skirt-y.
We’re not sure why, but we really love this dress on her. It’s eye-catching as hell.
Jennifer Garner in Givenchy
You just know the second she laid eyes on that step-and-repeat she was all, “Oh, what the fuck.” It’s a shame her dress blends in so well, but it’s still a pretty good dress for her. We hate the exposed zipper, though; and the shoes are kind of bleh.
Jennifer Love Hewitt
Oh, for crying out loud. Silly putty shoes? With THIS? Also, she needed to dress this up a bit to keep it from looking like a nightgown. Put your hair up and put on a big honking cocktail ring, grab a brightly colored clutch, consider a belt, and put on some more interesting shoes.
The dress is fine, but we’re having a hard time with the hose. Nothing wrong with wearing stockings, but these are too pale against the black dress and don’t look right with brown peep-toes.
Like everything she wears, it’s too tight, but it’s a great dress for her.
Just because it’s a “powerful women” luncheon doesn’t mean you have to dress like the Regional Director, Mid-Atlantic Region, honey. Spice it up a little.
