Because we have three pictures all taken at roughly the same time of the same person, and they all look radically different. For Esquire UK, we have Bloated Zombie Daniel Craig; for GQ, we have Classic Daniel Craig; and for Esquire Singapore, we have Hungry Emo Daniel Craig.

The top Esquire is brutal – zombie is right, and it makes his torso look squished. I didn’t know it was possible to make Daniel Craig look bad.

However, I love the GQ image (certainly not his best, but it is classic Daniel Craig, and I’ll take it). I’m also feeling the Singapore Esquire. He looks a little scruffy/scrawny, and I guess I can get behind that vulnerability?

None of these photos do much for me, though Hungry Emo comes the closest and I think I’ve figured out why. Aside from being the only one that isn’t “Man In Suit Pose,” it’s the only photo where he’s got some visible eyebrows going on.

Also, is he sticking his hand down his pants in that first one?! O.o
