#12 (red-orange hat, heavily floral botanical print dress, red clutch) for wearing a hat that best “goes with” the dress without matching – though I don’t love the hat.

#19 for flattering her face, though the flower on the hat is over-large and the whole ensemble a bit heavy, IMO.

Violet feathers-trimmed crown for best nod to the Jubilee.

Black cherries for most impact without excess.

Next to last photo: Worst hair (was it windy? a lot of the hair is a wreck) but totally saved by the 2nd best smile and a thoroughly happy hat.

Best smile and total package go to the last photo, though she’s got the fantastic good cheer shining through in her previous photo (giant pink chrysanthemum hat) as well.
