We have a story.

Unless you’re sitting directly across from them, it’s sometimes hard to see which celebrities are attending a show because the tent is dark and there are millions of little firefly photographers swarming around them. We ran out of this show to make it to another one when Tom bumped smack into Kellan, who was rushing in the opposite direction. He didn’t have time to look at the face, so he didn’t realize who it was. He did, however, have time to notice that he smacked into a really built guy and turned around to get the view from behind as he dashed out the door. Later, as Lorenzo was compiling the pictures for this post, he said, “Kellan Lutz was at General Idea. Too bad we didn’t see him.”

“Is he wearing a really tight grey turtleneck in the pictures?”

“How did you know that?”

“I bumped into him on the way out.”

“WHAT?!? AND YOU DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING? DID HE SAY ANYTHING TO YOU? DID HE LOOK HOT?!?!?”

Fashion Week. When grown gay men act like 12-year-old girls. And yes, he looked hot. But not nearly as huge as he does in pictures.

We keep snatching 5-minute convos either before or after a show. We even ran into him in our hotel lobby, because, like a lot of hotels in the area, FW events were being hosted there. “What event are you guys going to here?” he asked. “Our room!” we replied.

seeing all the women in sleeveless dresses and short skirts without hose, I’m curious. Are the fashion week tents and other venues as overheated as the rest of the places in NYC? Because I have to admit that’s always been my issue when visiting there during the winter: since I live in the South, I’m excited to have the chance to wear my winter things, but while it’s so cold outside that I have to bundle up in a thick coat and scarf,the interiors are so hot that even a lightweight sweater has me boiling within minutes.

  Good question! I am in NYC now and having the same issues. Esp since I walk everywhere, I’m always well-bundled… then you walk inside and it’s 90 degrees. Not an issue when there’s a coat check but otherwise it’s a pain in the butt.

I don’t know who Krysten Ritter is but I love her look, especially that the shoes and the belt are complementary but not matching. What a good eye! Also, I don’t know who is with little Miss Chenoweth but I do have a weak spot for those polka dot hose. Hate Kristen’s shoes, though.

  I have those polka dot hose (or rather a very cheap imitation of them). They are fabulous. I highly recommend you buy yourself a pair and stare lovingly at yourself whenever you pass a mirror or a reflective store window or a shiny car.

  I know. Besides the disconnect of exposing toes in the winter, unlike sandals or simply open-toed shoes, the boots just really emphasize the toes, odd body parts to kind of frame out and say “look at these!” But I have to laugh every time I see the poster for RuPaul’s Drag Race that has been plastered on just about every city bus lately, with Ru wearing gold stiletto open-toed boots. It takes one confident queen to so prominently showcase her man-toes! (Or somebody forgot about the bus-sized blow-up factor…)

      But endlessly entertaining, right? They earn their keep by keeping you laughing, which given their hard-headedness is a very good thing for them.         Very much so! As she was doing something goofy & incredibly cute yesterday, I asked my husband what we ever did without her… Unfortunately the poor pup thinks she was born on Hoth, this spring once the snow melts will be a big revelation to her! We have a lot of wildlife to consider here & I know we are going to have to be on high alert at all times. Last month there was a moose in the yard, she watched it through the window & REALLY wanted to go play. We know the moose won’t find her as charming so she’ll be stuck on leash. She’ll be fine, she’ll just sulk & pout & then we’ll give her a treat & all will be forgiven. SUCH personality in these little hounds!!! Give Jimi a pet for us, we definitely ‘get’ the love! <3

LOVE Krysten Ritter’s entire look. Glad to see Abigail Breslin looking cute and age appropriate. I swear whoever picks her dresses for the RC thinks she’s a 40 year old instead of a teenager.
