The clothes aren’t much to write home about, though. Very “Pulp Fiction,” which is kind of a cliche for the guyditorial. Obviously, if you’ve got Joseph Gordon-Levitt posing for you, you’re gonna break out the skinny suits, but we’d be more impressed if he was styled in a more casually chic kind of way, which would be unexpected with him.

Man, he really only has one facial expression in pictures, doesn’t he? Time to develop a new one, JGL.

    I’ve seen it done when it’s the same magazine (for example, American Vogue to Vogue Japan) but not usually for different magazines. But GQ and Details are both Conde Nast publications, so it’s not surprising.

He’s Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I don’t care how often he resorts to the eyebrow smirk, he still has that face and it’s a pretty amazing face in action, so if the editors, photographers and stylists only want to dress him up one way, so be it.
