She makes every one of those outfits look better than the look book models.

I really don’t understand how some fashion magazine editors keep their jobs — those who decide, for example, to de-glam Scarlett Johansson instead of basking in her glory when she’s at her height (did any editorial counterpart do that to Marilyn in her heyday? Really?). And here, someone chose to put RH-W in shellacked 1960s hairstyles and stiff clothing when they’ve got the model who embodies the 2010s’ sexy/loose/flowing look.

Bitch is selling that Prada better than the model getting PAID to sell the Prada.

I have to be honest: I can’t stand her face. I remember reading an interview with Angelina Jolie years ago where she said she found her own face disproportionate and weird, not appealing. In Rosie whatever-whatever’s case, I can see it.

Also, can we stop pretending she is anything more than a glorified Victoria’s Secret model?

She better not ever ruin her amazing lips with injections!

That girl has lips to die for. The clothes are nice too.

I have no comment on Miss One Expression.  I just had to say that the Prada model looks like a stereotypical movie version of a mental patient.  Was the stylist for that shoot drunk, or high?

She looks stoned in most of them but I surely love some of the clothes, especially the Dior and everything Fendi.

i really love that pink pucci dress. actually i think i like the orange better, but still.
i would say the world was better, or at least funner, in the age of miltown, but i really think what i mean is the age of quaaludes.

ps. i am surprised about the alberta ferretti. i mean, it looks like you couldve bought it at the broadway–not bullocks, not either magnin but at the broadway c1982.

Gimme, gimme, yah, yah, yah!  love every single one of those looks.
Especially the Pucci and the Ferretti.
I am going to refrain from commenting on anything else.
But seriously, the clothes! 

Girl’s got face, that’s for sure.  She could wear any frumpy schlumpy thing in my closet and make it look chic. Ah well. 

I love the clothes, but this shoot does nothing for me. There have been so many mid-century bored-beautiful-wealthy white woman shoots, and this one offers absolutely nothing that a million others haven’t already given us (and a lot of them did it better).

Ms Huntington-Whiteley wears clothes very well and has some outstanding bone structure, but for me she has a total lack of presence. She doesn’t even really look bored; she looks vapid, and her one facial expression wears thin.

The setting has indeed been done too many times recently (although I love it), but she looks fab standing in the shaft of sunshine in the green/blue Prada.

I would wear ALL of those clothes.

Love!  I am saving these pics to show my hair stylist – that is the exact hair I want.  

I can’t get tired of this era they’re evoking, since these are pretty much my formative life images. (not what my life really looked like, middle class suburbs in Connecticut, North Carolina & Minnesota not really having this look) but what the magazines & advertising were showing me.

On the other hand, I don’t find it all that exciting.  She is very pretty. The clothes would not look nearly so good on mere mortals.

All I can really say is she looks so much better with big hair.  Still unsufferably dull and dead in the eyes but better proportions with her bone structure.

Better her than January Jones.
