Well, we wouldn’t so much call this your “pretty for the day,” as we would your “pretty weird for the day.”

We’re all for skinny young men with impressive cheekbones being photographed wearing crazy-ass outfits, but come on now. Where’s the styling here? Because “pile as much shit on one skinny kid as we can” is NOT a style philosophy worth considering, darlings. It’s a shame, because while it’s true there are a lot of clown clothes to be found here, we actually like quite a few pieces. This would have been much more interesting had they taken a bunch of crazy menswear and then styled it in such a way as to make it look chic. If the only thing you can think to do with wild or unconventional items like these is to pair them with an absurd number of other wild, unconventional items, then what’s the point?

Don’t ask me why, but I sort of love this. Not as clothes so much, but as an overall study in textures and colors. Maybe because the color palette is simpler, but my fav is the yellow & black with the adi – das shoes.

I have to agree. The yellow and black one stood out to me as well.
Yes, you can’t see the clothes, but the patterns and textures all together were interesting.

Overall it’s way too much, but there are interesting themes and color palettes. It’s not about the clothes, I think, but the conglomeration of patterns, textures, and colors.

i like that one too, i think it’s cos not only is he dressed like a bee but that one neednt stretch one’s mind all that far to think he has the appropriate bee number & length of limbs. you can almost watch him morph.

that said, i dont mind this editorial that much either, i like the wild clash & blend of all the color & texture. that said, redux, i like so many of the items of clothing so much i wouldve maybe liked to see them. maybe. more than men in suits, anyway, which is to me generally a picture so dull i couldnt care less who is in, then soon to be out, of them. unless, of course, they have some interest [the suits not the men, i've had too many of the latter to really muster up much feeling in either direction].

Photo number 2 looks like Joey in the Friends episode where he puts on ALL of Chandler’s clothes. The bumblebee leggings actually hurt to look at, and I’m having a hard time distinguishing one piece from the other. If that’s the look they were going for, fait accompli!

Once when I was feeling especially lazy in middle school I said I was going to be a “freak” for Halloween. What this consisted of was putting on a bunch of horribly mismatched clothes and doing my hair all weird. I pretty much looked like these guys, only chubbier and wearing pyjama pants.
