I would have also liked a slightly darker lip (nothing too dark, but they’re basically blending in with the rest of her face). However, she looks straight-up HOT. So, yes. WERQ.

I actually like the nude shoes here — they make her legs look even longer and don’t move the focus from her lovely face and dress. I’m wondering though, how long the trend of minimal jewelry will last. I miss seeing gorgeous necklaces and bangles on the red carpet.

Is she still dressed form the Emmys ? Yes, she looks very nice, but if this is where we are for WERQS – washed out hair/face, accessories as a complete after thought, so five min ago shoes AND gyno slit… then the entire concept of working it has really come down. It’s been done.

I agree with everything that’s already been said. I just have a question…Does she have makeup on her legs? Look how smooth and matte they are in that last shot. It doesn’t look like she’s wearing hose but there is no shine to her leg at all. That is attention to detail.

  Yeah, I’m pretty sure she’s got leg make-up on, and possibly some on her shoulders/arms as well. Too bad they couldn’t match it to the stuff on her face.
  
  She is working the dress, and I don’t mind the shoes in this case, but I’d have preferred a more old-Hollywood makeup job to go with the dress and hair, as opposed to the “natural glow” thing she’s got going on. Also, she is in dire need of some dramatic earrings. Still looks good, though.

I love the Hollywood classic glam of it. The hair is fine with me. Love her makeup…really accentuates her eyes. I’m glad she didn’t go for the standard red lip…too expected. Minimal jewelery works here too…a sparkly bracelet wouldn’t have hurt the look though. The shoes..ugh…a sparkly sandal would have been perfect. Those shoes are disappointing. Perhaps a bit too much leg out on display too…imo.

Overall…she deserves the WERQ.
