      Zulema did a lot more than that! Remember when she took the entire bolt of muslin, and the other designers were afraid to ask for it back, so they asked Tim if they could buy more? And remember when they first moved into their rooms and Zulema took up the entire closet and it didn’t matter to her that she was supposed to share the closet with – who was it – I think Kara.

I am of two minds about this. #1: Wouldn’t it be great to see all the mature-challenged contestants pitted against each other? Ivy, Kenley, Wendy, etc. and throw in Jeffrey to over egg the pudding. I’d love to see them out manipulate each other and maybe get some new tips in that area to use at work. #2: All the talented and emotionally stable designers, Laura, SethAaron, Jay, etc. put together would probably be like the first 2 seasons of Top Chef Master. A group of people who really enjoy what they do, able to help each other when needed, and produce some magnificent looks.

My short list:
Gordana, Nick, Kara, Jerrell, Laura, Kayne, Ping and of course Jay (I liked him after PR, but I found that celebrity fitness show he
was on online & now I love him. He was so hard working, focused, realistic, mature and KIND amongst some real basket cases.)

I love, love, LOVE Ping! She is such a crazy bitch in the best way possible. So out there and artsy-centric, but I get the sense that, since going on the show, she’s been smart enough to develop a personal style that highlights her unique personality. She didn’t quite understand the whole game and opportunity aspsect of it all when she was actually on the show, but she gets it now. With every event that Project Runway throws, her photo is always shown, and it’s because she looks absolutely stunning in her aesthetic. She has remained in our minds not just for her crazy personality, but because her image is always out there. It takes a person with both smarts and drive to make that choice, which is a sign that she’ll be competitive for this new season. She’s ready to play. I’d love to see her back on not only to root for her on the show, but to see if she uses PR as a jumping point to the next phase of her career. Me thinks she might!

I would love to see Kenley’s designs back on the runway. I don’t recall her being a bitch, I recall a gang of 3 or 4 asskissers bitching at her for speaking her mind.

Oh, I definitely recall her being rude, but I liked her (I like Kenley. There. I said it and I don’t regret saying it.) But people seem to think she was all about drama and I don’t recall that at all. She had a bit of a melodramatic personality: she cried a few times, argued with the judges, argued with Tim (and then did what he suggested anyway – though I think she misunderstood him), but she didn’t constantly try to bring the attention back onto herself (like Wendy or Ivy), pick fights just to pick fights (like Jeffrey), or say mean things to people for fun (like Santino) – I mean there was nothing like the confrontations between Wendy and Jay and Kara Saun, or Jeffrey and Angela, or the manufactured nonsense between Ivy and Michael C last (petty, joyless) season. She didn’t even say a lot of bitchy things about other people’s work*, and even helped people out several times.

* Though she did apparently laugh at her best friend on the show. That was cold.

As much as I hope and pray they bring back Kenley (LUV 2 H8 HER), I doubt they will. Everyone hates her, she leans towards being a copycat at times, and then there’s the fact that she was arrested last year (I think?).
