We don’t know who the designer is but she should immediately put him on the White House payroll.
The dress was designed by Michael Kors. That is a very flattering dress for her. And the color looks fantastic. She doesn’t wear enough red. Maybe it’s too “First Lady” for her taste. Whatever the reason, she should just get over it because it’s definitely a color that should remain on permanent rotation in her wardrobe. She also always looks great in a halter neckline and should wear them more often. Hair, makeup and jewelry all look pretty damn flawless from where we’re sitting.

We don’t love this as much as the red dress. Oh, we love it on her. It’s super glamorous for a First Lady. It’s just not as well-suited to her as the red gown. Still, we’ve got to give her the props for breaking out the shiny every now and then. Love the earrings. She’s clearly on a style roll lately.
